一张报纸的编辑、策划、风格特色和水准决定了她的命运。《察布查尔报》于1946年在伊宁市创办,起名为《自由之声报》。新中国成立后,改名为《新生活报》,在新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州机关报伊犁日报社出版,现为中共察布查尔县委机关报。《察布查尔报》现为对开四版,每周二、五出版。内容涵盖要闻、地方消息、科技知识、文体新闻、国际国内消息等。经过60年的发展,《察布查尔报》逐步形成了自己的特色,发挥着应有的作用。
A newspaper editor, planning, style and quality determine her fate. The Chapulgarh newspaper was founded in 1946 in Yining City and is entitled “Voice of Liberty.” After its founding, New China was renamed as “New Life Newspaper” and was published by Yili Daily News Agency in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang Province. It is now the official newspaper of the Qabqal Committee of the CPC. The Chapchar Daily is now open to the four editions every Tuesday and Friday. Covering major news, local news, science and technology, cultural and sports news, international and domestic news. After 60 years of development, the Chabuchar newspaper has gradually formed its own characteristics and played its due role.
