目的:对白虎追风胶质量标准进行了研究。方法:首先确立了以乙醇提取白芍,再用氧化铝柱分离,提纯的方法。以氯仿-甲醇展开后置254nm紫外光下观察其有效成分芍药甙。同时,白芷用乙醚提取,醋酸乙酯溶解,以石油醚—乙醚为展开剂,展开后置365nm紫外光下观察。而细辛则采用甲醇提取、正己烷萃取,正己烷—醋酸乙酯开后置254nm紫外光下观察的方法鉴别。结果:这些方法作出的薄层图谱斑点分离清晰,重现性好,背景干扰少,阴性对照实验证实了鉴别方法的可行性。结论:本研究为白虎追风胶囊的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To study the quality standard of white tiger trail gum. Methods: First, the method of extracting the white peony with ethanol and then separating and purifying it with alumina column was established. Chloroform-methanol was used to observe its active ingredient, pharmacoxicam, under 254 nm UV light. At the same time, the white peony was extracted with ethyl ether, ethyl acetate was dissolved, and petroleum ether-ether was used as a developing agent, and then it was observed under ultraviolet light of 365 nm. The Asarum was extracted by methanol extraction and n-hexane extraction, and n-hexane-ethyl acetate was used to discriminate under the ultraviolet light of 254 nm. RESULTS: The thin-layer maps made by these methods had clear spots, good reproducibility, and little background interference. The negative control experiment confirmed the feasibility of the identification method. Conclusion: This study provides a basis for the quality control of Baihu Chafeng capsules.
