加工组装模具时,模架导柱组装精度的检查是个难题。针对这种情况设计制做了一种轻便的垂直度比较仪,用这种比较仪检查各种模架导柱时操作简便,所测出的不垂直度误差值准确。在一般模具厂现用的固定式或移动式的垂直度测量仪,其结构和工作原理大致相同,即都是采用以垂直仪导柱为测量基准,靠导套在导柱上滑动来测量工件垂直度。但由于其导套与导柱之间配有一定的滑动间隙,较标准的垂直仪其导套孔与导柱之间的间隙在0.01~0.015之间。由于滑动间隙的存在,不可避免地降低了这种垂直仪的测量精度。往往可出现±0.02的测量误差,这主要是垂直仪本身导套孔与导柱之间的滑动间隙造成的晃动所致。如果将导套与导柱的间隙配得过小,则影响其使用的灵活性。为了提高测量精度及使用简便,采用比较式的并可任意移动量具位置的这种测量方法是可行的。现将这种比较垂直仪使用方法简介如下:
