加快农村电网建设,促进农村经济发展,是我国电力工业现代化建设的重要组成部分。2010年7月份,国家决定按照统一规划、分步实施,因地制宜、突出重点,经济合理、先进适用,深化改革、加强管理的原则,实施新一轮农村电网改造升级工程。在“十二五”期间,使全国农村电网普遍得到改造,农村居民生活用电得到较好保障,农业生产用电问题基本解决,基本建成安全可靠、节能环保、技术先进、管理规范的新型农村电网。
Speeding up the construction of rural power grids and promoting rural economic development is an important part of the modernization of China’s power industry. In July 2010, the state decided to implement a new round of renovation and upgrading of rural power grids according to unified planning, step by step implementation, principle of local conditions, focusing on key points, economic rationality, advanced application, deepening reform and strengthening management. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, rural power grids across the country have been generally rebuilt, and rural residents’ living electricity consumption has been well protected. The electricity production in agriculture has basically been solved and the project is basically completed in a safe and reliable manner with energy-saving and environmental protection, advanced technology and standardized management New rural power grid.
