民族地区高等师范院校音乐学院培养目标,具有师范性、民族性、地方性等特殊性,这是高等师范院校生存和发展的根基。然而随着社会转型和变迁,高等师范院校音乐学院培养目标丢失了它的师范性、民族性和地方性这一传统特色和优势。它与综合大学、民族大学、一般师范大学和专业音乐学院的培养目标存在趋同现象。本文以文献、逻辑、比较和个案等方法分析认为,民族地区高等师范院校音乐学院培养目标应定位于以民族地区音乐教师教育为中心,以培养高素质的民族地区音乐文化建设者和高水平的音乐理论研究者为目标。具体来说,培养具有一定教育素养的音乐人才;培养传承民族文化和具有民族精神的音乐人才;培养为民族地区服务的本土音乐人才。
The training objectives of the normal colleges, nationalities and localities in the higher normal colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas are the particularities of their cultivation. This is the basis for the survival and development of higher normal colleges. However, with the social transformation and changes, the training objectives of the music colleges of higher normal colleges have lost their traditional characteristics and advantages of normality, nationality and locality. It converges with the training objectives of polytechnic universities, national universities, general normal universities and professional conservatories. Based on the analysis of literature, logic, comparison and case studies, this article argues that the training objectives of the music colleges of higher normal colleges in ethnic minority areas should be centered on the education of music teachers in minority areas and the training of music culture builders in high- Music theory researchers as the goal. To be specific, cultivating music talents with a certain educational attainment; cultivating music talents who inherit national culture and have national spirit; and cultivating local musical talents who serve ethnic areas.
