本文通过对家族企业人力资源管理和激励现状进行分析,找出我国家族企业在激励机制方面存在的问题,并探究问题的主要原因,以便为我国家族企业人力资源激励机制的设计提供参考。
This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources management and motivation in family-owned enterprises to find out the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of family-owned enterprises in our country and explores the main reasons for the problems so as to provide reference for the design of incentive mechanism for human resources in family-owned enterprises in our country.
