副溶血性弧菌是一种嗜盐性细菌。副溶血性弧菌食物中毒,是进食含有该菌的食物所致,主要来自海产品副溶血性弧菌,如墨鱼、海鱼、海虾、海蟹、海蜇,以及含盐分较高的腌制食品,如咸菜、腌肉等。临床上以急性起病、腹痛、呕吐、腹泻及水样便为主要症状。本病多在夏秋季发生于沿海地区,常造成集体发病。2016年6月17日00时20分,深圳市龙岗区某实业有限公司有7名员工因头晕、头痛、腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等症状到深圳市第三人民医院就医,怀疑食物中毒引起。经流行病学调查和实验室检测结果,结合临床症状,确定是一起由于进食该实业有限公司食堂制作的受副溶血性弧菌污染的食物而引起的集体性食物中毒。现将调查和处理情况报告如下。
