本文作者将 Go-80和乳果糖并用治疗肝硬变肝性脑病21例,结果有14例在7天内清醒。作者认为,经静脉的特殊氨基酸治疗比以往其他治疗方法显示出快速的清醒效果。但最近欧美有不少报道却认为该治疗法在双盲对照试验比较中,清醒率与对照组没有差异。为此作者对这些不同意见进行了整理研究。作者将自己直接得到的有双盲对照试验的5个报告进行了比较分析(见表),并认为产生清醒率差别较大的原因与有些报告中
The authors combined Go-80 with lactulose in 21 patients with hepatic cirrhosis with hepatic encephalopathy, and 14 patients were sober within 7 days. Authors believe that the treatment of special amino acids through the veins than the other treatment methods show a rapid sober effect. But recently there are many reports in Europe and the United States that the treatment in double-blind control trial comparison, the rate of awake no difference with the control group. To this end the author conducted a study of these different opinions.
