近十年来,半导体集成电路得到迅速发展,集成电路存貯器作为计算机的重要部分的存貯部件,尽管还处于幼年时期,但已占有显赫的地位。在电路研制和系统应用的研究方面都得到人们十分注意。从高速缓冲存貯器到大容量的主存貯器都在逐步采用。其主要特点是速度快,工艺简单,便于生产的自动化,有利于减轻工人的劳动强度。随着大规模集成电路的研制和工艺的逐步成熟,高速度、低功耗、高密度的半导体存貯器,必将获得更广泛的应用。在近期,磁芯存貯器在主存领域仍将占主要地位,快速的半导体存貯作为缓冲存聍器,以获得主存与运控部件速度上的匹配来提高计算机运算速度。
In the recent decade, semiconductor integrated circuits have been rapidly developed. The storage of integrated circuit memories, which are an important part of computers, has occupied a prominent position despite its infancy. In the circuit development and system application research have been people pay great attention. From cache memory to large-capacity main memory are gradually adopted. Its main features are speed, simple process, ease of production automation, help to reduce the labor intensity of workers. With the development of large-scale integrated circuits and the gradual maturity of the process, high-speed, low-power, high-density semiconductor memory, will be more widely used. In the near future, the core memory will still dominate the field of memory, fast semiconductor memory as a buffer memory, in order to obtain the matching speed of the main memory and control components to improve the computing speed.
