Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of GNSNPKSR (GNSNPKSR) and the differentiation of gastric cancer and colon cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression and differentiation of GNSNPKSR in gastric cancer and colon cancer. Results: The positive rates of GNSNPKSR in vessels with high, moderate and poorly differentiated gastric cancer were 12/18 (67%), 17/23 (74%) and 22/24 (92%), respectively. The rates of expression in colon cancer-differentiated vessels were 3/16 (19%), 5/21 (24%) and 7/23 (30%), respectively. The expression of GNSNPKSR in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in colon cancer tissues (P <0.05). The expression of GNSNPKSR was significantly higher in poorly differentiated gastric cancer tissues than in well differentiated and moderately differentiated gastric cancer tissues (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: GNSNPKS binds specifically to the blood vessels of gastric cancer and can be used as a targeted vector for the treatment of tumor angiogenesis.
