脂调康胶囊 (以下简称ZTK)由橘络、半夏、泽泻、丹参、姜黄、虎杖、黄芪、白术等组成 ,为临床筛选的效方 ,主要用于高脂血症的防治。目的 :观察脂调康胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血清 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α(6 -keto -PGF1α)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )的影响。方法 :采用喂食高脂饲料方法复制大鼠高脂血症模型 ,以脂必妥为对照药 ,检测各组大鼠血清 6 -keto -PGF1α、TXB2 的含量。结果 :脂调康胶囊可显著升高模型大鼠血清 6 -keto -PGF1α、降低TXB2 / 6 -keto -PGF1α比值。结论 :脂调康胶囊通过提高血清 6 -keto -PGF1α含量 ,恢复TXB2 / 6 -keto -PGF1α平衡 ,改善机体血液运行状态 ,以达治疗高脂血症之目的。
Zhi Tukang Capsule (hereinafter referred to as ZTK) is composed of orange collaterals, Pinellia, Alisma, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Turmeric, Polygonum cuspidatum, Radix Astragali, Atractylodes macrocephala, etc. It is a clinical screening efficacy and is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia. Objective: To observe the effect of Zhitukang capsule on serum 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 in hyperlipidemic rats. METHODS: Rat hyperlipidemia model was induced by feeding high-fat diet and lipid bifendol was used as the control drug. The serum 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 were detected in each group. RESULTS : Chi Tie Kang capsule can significantly increase serum 6-keto-PGF1α and decrease TXB2 / 6-keto-PGF1α ratio in model rats. Conclusion : Zhitukang capsule can improve the serum 6-keto-PGF1α content, restore the balance of TXB2 / 6-keto-PGF1α, improve the blood state of the body, and achieve the purpose of treating hyperlipidemia.
