1975年5月15日至25日在广西南宁市由国家建委建筑科学研究院主持召开了“全国膨胀土地基设计技术交流会”。出席会议的有中央八个部、委,人民解放军和十六个省、市、自治区基本建设勘察、设计、料研、施工、学校等六十多个单位的负责同志、工人和技术人员。与会同志在毛主席关于理论问题的重要指示指引下,交流了学习无产阶级专政理论的体会和抓革命、促生产的经验;分析了膨胀土地基设计专题研究的情况;
From May 15th to 25th, 1975 in Nanning City, Guangxi Province, the National Construction Foundation Technical Research Exchange was held under the auspices of the National Academy of Construction Research. Attending the meeting were responsible comrades, workers, and technicians from more than 60 units of the central eight ministries and commissions, the People’s Liberation Army, and sixteen provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions for infrastructure construction survey, design, material research, construction, and schools. Comrades in the meeting under Chairman Mao’s important instructions on theoretical issues, exchanged experiences in learning the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat and grasped the experience of revolution and production promotion; analyzed the situation of special studies on the design of expansive soil foundation;
