校长怎样才能切实抓好教育改革?我觉得,重要的是不仅要有一般号召,还必须深入教育实际,具体指导,这样才能推动全校的教改进程。 1985年,我在听课中发现有的教师在课堂上浪费时间的现象十分严重,如低年级的识字教学,有的教师往往不分学生对象,不问情况,只是要求学生反复机械地一遍又一遍地读,一遍又一遍地写,搞得枯燥无味,结果是,教师难教,学生怕学。
