针对现有水库多目标防洪调度方案决策优选方法存在的缺点,以集对分析为理论基础,并结合熵权计算思路,提出了一种新的水库多目标防洪调度决策优选方法。该方法首先改进了现有熵权计算公式,以合理地确定各决策指标的客观权重;进而综合决策者的主观偏好及客观属性信息的差异,使用三元联系数来描述候选方案与正、负理想方案的综合接近程度,并在此基础上采用γ准则对各决策方案进行优选排序,最终通过实例计算验证了该方法的可行性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing decision-making method of multi-objective flood control and dispatching schemes in reservoir, this paper proposes a new method of multi-objective flood control and decision-making for reservoirs based on set-pair analysis as the theoretical basis and combined with the idea of entropy weight calculation. Firstly, the existing entropy weight formula is improved to reasonably determine the objective weight of each decision index. Then, by combining the subjective preferences of decision makers and the difference of objective attribute information, the method of ternary conjunctions is used to describe the relationship between the candidate programs and positive and negative The comprehensive approach of the ideal scheme, and on this basis using the γ criteria for the optimal selection of the decision-making programs, and finally verify the feasibility of the method by example calculation.
