一台康佳T2116型彩电出现“三无”故障,初步检查发现+B电压整流管VD409(RG2)击穿。换新后,按常规检修法,断开行供电电路,在+B输出端接上假负载(75W外热式电烙铁),同时并联一只直流250V电压表。开机观察到+B电压高达160V(正常值112V),试调节稳压取样电位器RP401(B—1kΩ),+B无变化,说明稳压电路已失控。但查遍稳压电路所有元器件,无结果。检修工作一时陷入困境。
A Konka T2116-type TV “three no” failure, the initial inspection found + B voltage rectifier VD409 (RG2) breakdown. After the replacement, according to the routine maintenance method, disconnect the line power supply circuit, connect the dummy load (75W external thermal iron) at the + B output terminal, and connect a DC 250V voltage meter in parallel. Power up to observe the + B voltage up to 160V (normal 112V), try to adjust the regulator sampling potentiometer RP401 (B-1kΩ), + B no change, indicating that the regulator circuit is out of control. But check all the components of the regulator circuit, no result. Maintenance work temporarily in trouble.
