红霉素治疗期间发生室性心律失常(VA)是一罕见而又重要的副作用。本文报道1例红霉素所致的Q-T 间期延长的潜在致命性 VA。病例报告患者女性,61岁。因发热、肺炎和严重呼吸窘迫而入院。患者因长期肺动脉高压继发肺栓塞而使用苯丙香豆素治疗。检查患者有三尖瓣返流,肝脏质软、肿大有触痛,脉搏108次/min,血压125/70mmHg。心电图示窦性心动过速,右心房肥大,校正Q-T(QTc)间期正常。
The occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia (VA) during erythromycin treatment is a rare and significant side effect. This article reports a case of erythromycin-induced Q-T prolongation of the potentially fatal VA. Case Report Patient Female, 61 years old. Due to fever, pneumonia and severe respiratory distress and admission. Patients were treated with phenylated coumarin for pulmonary embolism secondary to long-term pulmonary hypertension. Check the patient has tricuspid regurgitation, liver soft, swollen tenderness, pulse 108 beats / min, blood pressure 125 / 70mmHg. ECG showed sinus tachycardia, right atrial hypertrophy, correction of Q-T (QTc) interval was normal.
