病历摘要 8个月女婴,农民家庭。因嗜睡、呆视20小时于1979年5月9日上午10时急诊入院。起病出现哭声低哑、表情淡漠,继之嗜睡,间或呆视。无发热、抽搐及呕吐;大、小便正常。发病前几天曾有流涕、微咳,因当地诊断不明,转我院。以上感、中枢神经系统感染(?)入院。第一胎,足月顺产,母乳喂养,7个月后因母乳不足而断乳,继以甜粥喂养。初时每日另加半个鸡蛋,一周后因腹泻而中断。孕母后期诉有小腿沉重及酸痛史,产褥期以食干菜为主,素有吃精白米及去米

Medical record summary 8 months baby girl, farmer family. Due to lethargy, stay 20 hours in the morning of May 9, 1979 at 10 am emergency admission.
