乙酰苯胺亚氨二醋酸类衍生物被广泛用作肝胆显像剂,而其前体亚氨二醋酸(IDA)具有经肾脏快速排泄的特性。我们试以放射性核素标记的亚氨二醋酸作肾动态检查,以了解肾脏的功能、形态和尿路通畅情况。IDA分子结构属螯合物,易与核素螯合,因而具有标记简便、标记率高的特点,且易于制备冷冻药盒。药盒每瓶含IDA 3mg,氯化亚锡0.15mg。按常规方法标记,标记率在95%以上。大白鼠静脉注射后30分钟,70%放射性集中于膀胱内。家兔动态显像显示示踪剂在肾脏内通过迅速,经耳静脉注射后1分钟肾影已清晰可见,膀胱内2分钟后即可显现放射性;心前区放射性随示踪剂的清除而迅速下降;泌尿系以外脏器,包
Acetanilimine diacetate derivatives are widely used as hepatobiliary imaging agents and their precursor iminodiacetic acid (IDA) has the property of rapid excretion via the kidneys.
