Through the introduction and analysis of relevant typical cases, the article illustrates the close relationship between case law and American automobile laws and regulations. Judicial review and resolution of the problem of conflict of law application are the two major forms of case law that have a profound impact on the formulation and implementation of written statutes; the evidence of expert opinion plays an important role in judicial proceedings involving the liability of automotive products; the crashworthiness principle reflects case law In the automotive safety legal system still alone assume the mission.
