几年来,我县档案局将征订工作一直摆上重要日程,以订刊为契机,宣传档案工作,以阅刊来推动工作,把期刊看成自己的园地,积极扶植和培训一批撰稿新人。因此每年我们都花大气力,克服困难,加大征订工作的力度,连续几年超额完成征订期刊的任务,下面就汇报一下我们的具体做法:一、领导重视,层层分工,各负其责为做好《黑龙江档案》的征订工作。我局每年都将征订工作作为全年工作计划的一项重要内容。实行“三纳入”:一是纳入正副局长工作目标,把征订的数量作为考核主管副局长工作业绩的一项内容,二是纳入全局个人工作目标责任制。我们把征订任务落实到每个人,包订户、包数量、限时间,增强了征订人员的责任感。三是纳入基层档案人员业务考核内容。把征订发行工作成果作为评选的一项条件,促使他们自觉做好本单位的订阅工作,这样就形成了主管
