为了改善国营农场的经营管理,实行定员定额,贯徹经济核算制,迅速有效地达到提高产量、降低成本的目的,中央农业部决定自一九五三年起在国营农场中推行先进的计件工资制,并首先在中央直属农场开始试行。本文是国营农场管理总局副局长张增敬在国营芦台农场扩干会议上的报告,对于有关推行计件工资的问题进行了分析,提出了初步意见,并将目前农场职工中存在的思想障碍给予了批判。希望各场在推行计件工资制时,注意学习这个文件。
