1998年以来,针对国民经济中出现需求不足这一主要问题,中央先后出台了一系列旨在扩大内需,促进经济增长的宏观经济政策。许多政策对经济的启动效应已逐步显现,但国内需求不足仍是当前制约我国经济发展的主要障碍之一。最近,中央经济工作会议再次明确:扩大国内需求,开拓国内市场,是我国经济发展的基本立足点和长期战略方针。 该文依据部分经济专家、学者、权威人士的谈话和文章,从如何看待我国当前需求不足;形成需求不足的原因探析;扩大内需从何着手;如何做好扩大内需工作等四个方面进行了综述。本期发表的是该文(上)部分,请读者参阅。
Since 1998, in response to the major problem of insufficient demand in the national economy, the Central Government has promulgated a series of macroeconomic policies aimed at expanding domestic demand and promoting economic growth. Many policies have gradually started to have an effect on the economy. However, the lack of domestic demand remains one of the major obstacles that currently restrict China’s economic development. Recently, the Central Economic Work Conference made it clear once again that expanding domestic demand and opening up the domestic market are the basic footholds and long-term strategic guidelines for China’s economic development. Based on the conversations and articles of some economic experts, scholars and authorities, this article reviews four aspects: how to treat the current lack of demand in our country, the reasons for the formation of the lack of demand, the starting point of expanding domestic demand and how to expand the domestic demand. .
