广播电视数字化的必然趋势已无可置疑。世界各国正紧锣密鼓地进行着模拟广播向数字广播的转变。美国于2006年将全面停止传统模拟广播,欧洲诸国与日本也都排出了实现数字广播的日程表。我国计划于2015年在全国范围内全面实现数字广播,上海于2002年9月28日率先在全国实现了数字电视广播。为确保我国数字电视全民覆盖的如期完成,上海等城市正在加速扎实进行渗透千家万户的推进。2005年10月1日国庆节,上海又辟出一个频道开播了高清晰度数字电视节目,它标志着上海数字电视广播又进入了一个新阶段。然而,数字电视的推进是一个系统工作,其中用于提高全民对数字电视认知的科技知识普及也是不可忽视的一方面,为配合数字电视广播的推进,笔者特选择“数字电视”与“高清电视”等相关主题作一些针对性的知识普及宣传,以让广大读者通过对科技知识的熟悉与了解,更清楚地认识数字电视,并做好迎接广播电视数字化“必然趋势”高潮到来的准备。
The inevitable trend of digital broadcasting has been beyond doubt. Countries all over the world are making intensive changes to digital broadcasting from analog broadcasting. The United States will stop the traditional analogue broadcasting in 2006 in an all-round way, and all European countries and Japan have also released schedules for implementing digital broadcasting. China plans to fully implement digital broadcasting nationwide by 2015, and Shanghai took the lead in implementing digital television broadcasting nationwide on September 28, 2002. In order to ensure the complete coverage of digital television in China as scheduled, the cities such as Shanghai are speeding up their efforts to penetrate millions of households. On October 1, 2005, on National Day, Shanghai also launched a channel to launch high-definition digital television programs, marking a new phase of digital television broadcasting in Shanghai. However, the advancement of digital television is a systematic work in which the popularization of scientific and technological knowledge used to raise public awareness of digital television is also not negligible. In order to facilitate the advancement of digital television broadcasting, I select “digital television” and “high definition TV ”and other related topics for some targeted knowledge popularization and publicity, so that readers through the familiarity and understanding of scientific and technological knowledge, a better understanding of digital television, and to meet the“ inevitable trend ”of radio and television digital climax to prepare.
