脑动静脉畸形在脑血管畸形中发病率最高,畸形血管破裂可引起颅内出血和脑疝,导致患者的死亡。本文通过对四川大学华西法医鉴定中心1998年初至2006年末9年间35例脑动静脉畸形尸检资料进行汇总分析,认为对人群进行大规模脑动静脉畸形筛查,早期对脑动静脉畸形可疑患者进行有效的影像学检查,提高临床医生对脑血管畸形前期症状的认识,在避免此病造成患者死亡方面具有重要意义。
Cerebral arteriovenous malformations in the highest incidence of cerebrovascular malformations, abnormal blood vessels can cause intracranial hemorrhage and rupture of hernia, leading to the death of patients. This paper summarizes the autopsy data of 35 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations from the beginning of 1998 to the end of 2006 in West China Forensic Medical Examination Center of Sichuan University. It is considered that large-scale screening of cerebral arteriovenous malformations in the population should be carried out.
