日本国东京都千代田区皇宫建安府前院的石亭,遮护着一块约有十多立方米大的褐色驼形巨石。左上角刻着“敕持节宣劳靺鞨使鸿胪卿崔忻井两口永为记验开元二年五月十八日”类似摩崖的29字刻文(见图一:马洪临摹鸿胪井刻石)。 这块巨石是旅顺黄金山岩体擗落的天然硕石。石破天惊,却材大难用,一直默默无闻。至唐代得遇崔訢题刻,点石成金。《旧唐书·渤海靺鞨传》记载:“睿宗先天二年(713年),遣郎将崔訢往册拜祚荣为左
