进行多元引水式电站机组调速稳定分析时 ,水压流量传递函数中的水流加速时间常数必须回归算到该机的 Twnn值而不能仅用该主机的流量作为计算基准值求 Twnn值。
When carrying out the stability analysis of turbine speed regulation in multivariate diversion hydropower station, the time constant of water flow acceleration in the hydraulic flow transfer function must be regressed to Twnn value of the turbine instead of calculating the Twnn value only with the flow rate of the host.
