出生缺陷(birth defects,BD)是指出生时已形成的可识别的发育障碍,包括形态结构异常的先天畸形和功能异常的先天性智力障碍、代谢疾病等。严重的出生缺陷甚至可以引起胎儿及婴儿的死亡。本文对安徽省滁州市2009～2012年出生缺陷监测资料进行回顾性分析,了解近几年滁州市出生缺陷发生情况,为预防和控制先天性缺陷的发生提出可行的干预措施,为优生优育提供科学依据。1对象与方法
Birth defects (BD) refer to recognizable developmental disorders that have been formed at birth, including congenital malformations and abnormalities of congenital mental disorders, metabolic diseases, and the like. Serious birth defects can even cause fetal and infant deaths. This article retrospectively analyzed the monitoring data of birth defects from 2009 to 2012 in Chuzhou City of Anhui Province to understand the occurrence of birth defects in Chuzhou City in recent years and put forward feasible interventions for the prevention and control of congenital defects so as to provide science for prenatal and postnatal care in accordance with. 1 objects and methods
