将３０例尿毒症血透病人的经颅多普勒超声（ＴＣＤ）检测结果与对照组作对比分析。结果观察组脑动脉收缩峰值流速（Ｖｓ）和平均流速（Ｖｍ）显著增快、血管痉挛，与正常对照组比较Ｐ＜０．００１。大脑中，前动脉搏动指数（ＰＩ）减低，与正常对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０１。提示尿毒症血透病人有脑动脉的血流动力学显著异常和顺应性、弹性减退。这对血液透析并发症的防治有指导意义。
Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) test results of 30 cases of hemodialysis patients with uremia were compared with the control group. Results The peak velocity (Vs) and average velocity (Vm) of the contractile artery of the observation group were significantly increased, and vasospasm was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.001). In the brain, the ankle pulsatility index (PI) decreased, P <0.01 compared with the normal control group. Prompt uremic hemodialysis patients have significant abnormal hemodynamics and compliance of cerebral arteries, elasticity decreased. This is instructive for the prevention and treatment of complications of hemodialysis.
