针对板坯连铸结晶器振动伺服阀的故障特征,利用伺服阀检测平台,分析了故障产生的原因和排除方法,并根据伺服阀使用要求制定了一系列维护措施。
Aiming at the fault characteristics of the vibration servo valve of slab continuous casting mold, the servo valve inspection platform is used to analyze the causes of the faults and the remedies. A series of maintenance measures are formulated according to the requirements of servo valves.
