根据国家标准GB T 18487.1-2015电动汽车传导充电系统第1部分‘通用要求’,介绍了控制导引电路基本功能和工作原理,针对非车载充电机与电动汽车充电过程中兼容性和安全性的关键参数验证方法,设计充电机产品,实现对各充电阶段及时序、交互通信协议、充电控制性能、充电故障保护的测试。验证了控制导引及故障保护测试,试验结果表明,产品在非正常条件下中止充电响应速度快,及时保护了车辆及设备的安全。
According to the national standard GB T 18487.1-2015 electric vehicle conduction charging system Part 1 ’General Requirements’, introduces the basic functions and principles of the control pilot circuit for non-car charger and electric vehicle charging process compatibility and safety Key parameter verification methods, design charger products, to achieve the charging phase and timing, interactive communication protocol, charging control performance, charging fault protection test. The control guidance and the fault protection test are verified. The test results show that the product has fast charging response under abnormal conditions and timely protection of vehicles and equipment.
