拥有1053张床位的宣武医院成立于1958年,经过52年的不断发展,医院已经成为我国神经病学、老年医学临床与研究的重镇。而为了与医院自身发展相匹配,宣武医院从2007年起加大了信息化建设的步伐。现在,在宣武医院的各个科室,IT系统已经成为了医务人员的常备工具之一。宣武医院信息技术科副主任费晓璐就介绍说,“目前,医院医务处的员工已经养成了一个习惯——如果有什么业务变化,都会想到能不能通过信息技术来实现。”信息化建设加档提速,在宣武医院已经成为了现实。这也完全契合了我国医院发展的要求:在新一轮公立医院改革大幕拉开,国家鼓励多元化办医院的背景下,宣武医院借助信息化手段来大力提升管理水平和医疗服务水平,无疑能增强医院核心竞争力,更好地应对日趋激烈的市场竞争环境。
