为了进一步降低某电厂一台600 MW亚临界直流锅炉机组的NOx排放,采用复合式空气分级低NOx燃烧技术对该炉的燃烧系统进行了改造,改后的运行测试表明:在600 MW、330 MW负荷工况下燃用设计煤种时,脱硝反应器入口烟气中的NOx含量分别为121.0和224.4 mg/m3,低于改造目标值;锅炉效率分别为94.13%、93.81%,高于改前测试值;改后炉内无严重结渣,飞灰可燃物略有上升,炉渣可燃物增加较为明显。
In order to further reduce the NOx emissions of a 600 MW subcritical once-through boiler unit in a power plant, the combustion system of the furnace was modified with composite air fractional low NOx combustion technology. The NOx content in the inlet flue gas of the denitrification reactor was 121.0 and 224.4 mg / m3, respectively, which was lower than the retrofit target value when the design coal was burned under load.
