范生福,1939年生于上海,祖籍无锡。连环画是他衷情一生的艺术,他始终坚守连环画阵地,发扬、守护这一艺术。他早年创作出版了不下几十部连环画和数不清的短篇连环画、插图等,“长年累月一笔一勾的仔细点划,形成了他严谨的画风”。退休后主编了以介绍连环画艺术为主的《连博》杂志,并筹办了比利时首届中国连环画艺术展、上海连环画艺术展览馆等。一“我从小梦想就是当画家。”少年时的范生福便对绘画产生了浓厚的兴
