目的:了解如皋市口腔医疗机构的消毒工作现状,为规范管理和指导口腔医疗机构消毒工作提供科学依据。方法:现场采样监测,对全市口腔医疗机构消毒情况进行调查。结果:全市32家口腔医疗机构采样81份,合格率为93.83%。其中,医疗用品合格率为97.06%;医护人员手合格率88.89%;使用中消毒剂合格率100%。结论:如皋市口腔医疗机构消毒管理基本情况良好,消毒效果合格率较高,然而消毒灭菌工作仍存在差距,应进一步加强改进。
Objective: To understand the current situation of disinfection work in Rugao oral medical institutions, and to provide scientific evidence for standardizing the management and guidance of disinfection in oral medical institutions. Methods: On-site sampling and monitoring of the city’s oral medical institutions to investigate the situation of disinfection. Results: The city’s 32 oral medical institutions sampled 81, the passing rate of 93.83%. Among them, the medical supplies pass rate was 97.06%; health care workers pass rate of 88.89%; the use of disinfectant pass rate of 100%. Conclusion: The basic disinfection management of oral medical institutions in Rugao is good and the pass rate of disinfection effect is high. However, there is still a gap between disinfection and sterilization work, and the improvement should be further strengthened.
