将膜分离技术与植物有效成分分析方法结合,提出以二醋酸纤维素膜(CAMFM)膜纯化-分光光度法取代蒸干转溶法测定侧柏叶提取液中侧柏叶总黄酮含量。与蒸干转溶法相比,CAMFM膜纯化-分光光度法具有除杂效率高、分析过程无相变、有效成分理化性质稳定、分析操作简便、分析结果重复性好、准确度较高的特点。
Combining the membrane separation technology and the plant active ingredient analysis method, the content of the total flavonoids in oriental arborvitae leaf extract in the Oriental Arborvitae Yew extract was proposed by replacing the dry distillation and the spectrophotometry with cellulose acetate membrane (CAMFM) membrane. Compared with the dry-to-dry method, CAMFM membrane purification-spectrophotometry has the advantages of high impurity removal efficiency, no phase change in the analysis process, stable physical and chemical properties of the active ingredients, simple and convenient analysis, good reproducibility of analysis results and high accuracy.
