在许多眼病的综合治疗中,成功地采用了球旁注射药物的方法。在兔眼药物,经球旁注射后,可以进入到眼组织中去;但应用这种注射法,究竟有多少药量进入到人眼内尚不了解。本文对球旁注射与结膜下注射方法作出了比较评价。作者对8人9眼作了研究,被检者年龄22～47岁,均伴有高度近视。试验药物为1%核黄素-单核苷酸0.5ml,奴佛卡因0.2ml:第一天点0.5%地卡因2次后,在下穹窿部作结膜下注射;
In many combined ophthalmic treatments, successful ball-in-syringe medications have been used. In the rabbit eye drug, after ball injection, can enter the eye tissue to go; but the application of this injection method, exactly how much dose into the human eye is still not understood.
