目的检测和评价广西某市的X射线机影像质量控制和机房防护效果。方法影像质量控制检测按照医用X射线诊断设备影像质量控制检测规范(WS/T 189-1999)中有关内容进行检测,机房防护均在监测点外30 cm处取点。结果 2009和2010年X射线摄影设备各项指标检测除光野与照射野偏离合格率低(80.0%、68.2%)以外,其余均在93.1%~100.0%之间,透视设备各检测指标均符合标准。医院对防护的重视程度市级医院好于乡镇及民营医院。结论该市医用X射线机运行情况存在一些问题,应建立和完善X射线诊断设备的影像质量控制及机房防护检测制度。
Objective To test and evaluate the X-ray image quality control and engine room protection in a city of Guangxi. Methods Image quality control testing was carried out according to the relevant contents of the medical image quality control testing specification (WS / T 189-1999) of the X-ray diagnostic equipment. Room protection was taken at a point of 30 cm outside the monitoring point. Results The indexes of X-ray equipment in 2009 and 2010 were all within 93.1% ~ 100.0%, except for the low pass rate (80.0%, 68.2%) between the light field and the radiation field. The detection indexes of the fluoroscopy equipment were in line with the standard . Hospital emphasis on protection municipal hospitals better than townships and private hospitals. Conclusion There are some problems in the operation of the medical X-ray machine in the city, and the image quality control of X-ray diagnostic equipment and the detection system of engine room protection should be established and perfected.
