采用链路系统的电话交换设备,常出现一种不完整的链路系统,其链路连系度或出线行数大于1。此种不完整链路系统的阻塞计算,必先对加强的链路找出其列链路闭塞的概率,雅可比斯方法提供了在贝努里占用分布条件下任意占用或指定占用及爱尔兰占用分布条件下指定占用时的列链路闭塞概率及其链路系统阻塞的表达。在此基础上,找出了列闭塞组合数公式,就能对实际可能遇到的任何占用分布律条件下任意占用或指定占用时的列链路闭塞概率加以较严格的表达,从而补充了链路系统阻塞计算方法。
