近年来,随着各行各业国际交往的扩展,各学科国际交流的频繁,各级有关领导部门对外语教学的重视,大批外籍语言教师被聘请到各大专院校任教,成为外语教学中一支必不可少的力量。然而,中外教师如何发挥各自的教学优势,增强教学实效,在这方面,兰州医学院多年来在聘请外籍教师任教的实践中,取得了较好效果。现将我们的具体做法与同行交流,以兹共勉。
