结石性肾绞痛用肌注黄体酮(Progestrone)以松驰平滑肌,缓解肾绞痛,用黄体酮后出现性功能障碍1例报导如下.临床资料 男性,25岁,工人,8月5日因右腰疼痛、在某医院行静脉肾盂造影(IVP)检查后发现右肾盂处有-0.5×0.8cm结石,第1次黄体酮(Progestrone)30mg,肌注.因未能改善症状,次日第2次注射(30mg),后因症状反复出现,到9月底时第7次注射(患者从8月5 日到9月底历时不足2个月共使用黄体酮针30mg X7.10月中旬出现性欲下降、记忆力减退,且伴阴茎勃起不良,性交时无射精过程.讨论 黄体酮常用于结石性肾绞痛,黄体酮为孕激素类药物,临床主要用于多种与孕激素水平有关
