为探讨金疮止血消炎散的止血作用 ,对实验家兔口服此止血制剂前后的血浆标本进行凝血机制的研究 :血栓形成试验 ;血小板吸附率控制 ;凝血酶元时间的测定 ;优球蛋的溶解试验。结果显示用药后凝血机制均较正常对照组明显增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) (云南白药对照组 P<0 .0 5 ) ,实验证实金疮止血消炎散有明显凝血止血作用。
To investigate the hemostatic effect of Jinxuezhixuexiaoyansan, the blood coagulation mechanism of the experimental rabbits before and after oral administration of this hemostatic preparation was studied: thrombosis test; platelet adsorption rate control; determination of thrombin time; dissolution test of eutrophic egg . The results showed that the coagulation mechanism after treatment was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P<0.01) (P<0.05 for the Yunnan Baiyao control group). The experiment confirmed that Jinxue Hexue Xiaoyan San had obvious coagulation and hemostasis effects.
