利用地窖储藏蔬菜,这是我国北方地区比较普遍采用的储藏方法。如何掌握好菜窖内的温度和湿度,是蔬菜安全储藏的重要关键。经验证明,温度过高容易使蔬菜腐烂发霉;温度过低,会使疏菜受冻。湿度的大小,也会导致菜的腐烂变质,同时也会影响到温度的升降。
The use of cellar storage of vegetables, which is more commonly used in northern China, storage methods.
