随着电信业务的发展和技术水平的提高,我局订于1994年初将公众电报网与用户电报网合二为一.根据某些已合网电信局的经验,合网工程的主要时间都耗费在将公众电报网的数据录入到用户电报交换机上.有的局采用人工录入的方法用了三个多月才完成了数据录入的工作.有的局虽编制了一些程序,力图解决这一问题,但也耗时一个多月才得以完成.如何提高合网数据的录入速度,已成为缩短合网工期的关键.
