1986年5月,江苏省东辛农场党委书记阎长峰同志接到一封署名“一职工”的群众来信.揭发本场十三分场粮食会计王兆龙,从1982年任分场粮食会计以来,多次私卖粮食贪污粮款,特别是84、85两年乘分场物资站管理体制不健全和国家粮价调整之机,经常卖粮收款不上交或收款付粮不开票等问题。还反映王兆龙关系复杂,王曾吹嘘过:我上下都有人,谁要跟我作对,决不会有好下场。
