改革开放以来,新疆积极主动参与国际竞争与合作,外商投资方式日趋多样化,投资环境渐趋完善,随着新疆向西开放政策的进一步实施,新疆与国际间的经济交流与合作将进一步加深。进入新世纪后,新疆充分发挥与周边国家相邻的优势,采取各种措施进一步改善投资环境,加大利用外资力度,取得了显著的成绩。进入新世纪,新疆充分发挥“新疆地域与周边众多国家相邻和资源丰富”的优势,采取各种有效措施进一步改善投资环境,加大利用外资力度,取得了显著的成绩。
Since the reform and opening up, Xinjiang has taken the initiative to participate in international competition and cooperation. The forms of foreign investment are diversified and the investment environment is gradually improving.
