The aim of this study was to explore the anterior and retro-electrophysiological properties of children atrioventricular node and to determine the possibility of atrioventricular (VA) conduction and atrioventricular dual pathways. Methods 79 cases of children, no organic heart disease, nor atrioventricular nodal reentrant arrhythmia history. Divided by age group Ⅰ, Ⅱ. Group Ⅰ: 49 cases, mean age was (8.5 ± 3.6) years old; group Ⅱ: 30 cases, mean age was (15.6 ± 1.8) years old.
