事实上,随着互联网渠道的兴起,传统书店的衰落是必然趋势。我国书价长期偏低,无法应对实体书店房租;盗版风行,加之图书进入超市、百货店趋势明显,实体书店腹背受敌。此外,网上书店全品种上架、低退货率、周转快等先天优势,也是实体书店做不到的,而且很多网上书店还不断推出创新业务,如与出版社协同推出定制书、独家书等,从图书长尾市场中创造了大量用户需求,市场增速远超传统书店,也进一步挤压了实体书店的生存空间。
