分析50例临床确诊为肺源性心脏病人心电图V_1导联上的P波终末电势变化,讨论肺心病时影响ptf—v_1的因素。提出可考虑用作肺心病时判断心功能代偿的指标之一。
Analysis of 50 cases of clinically diagnosed as pulmonary heart disease ECG lead V_1 P wave terminal potential changes, the impact of pulmonary heart disease affect ptf-v_1 factors. One of the indicators that can be considered for compensating for cardiac function when considered as pulmonary heart disease.
