新医改以来我国医疗服务信息供求严重失衡是近年来医患互信缺失、医患冲突加剧的关键原因之一。针对医患互信缺失下医患冲突加剧的严峻形势,应当着力强化我国医疗服务信息披露,满足患者信息需求,尽量降低医患之间的信息不对称程度,重塑医患互信。
Since the new medical reform, the serious imbalance of supply and demand of medical service information in our country is one of the key reasons for the lack of trust between doctors and patients and the intensification of conflict between doctors and patients in recent years. In view of the grim situation of increasing conflict between doctors and patients with mutual trust and lack of mutual trust, efforts should be made to strengthen the disclosure of medical service information in our country, meet the information needs of patients, minimize the information asymmetry between doctors and patients, and reshape mutual trust between doctors and patients.
