企业的组织战略属于企业战略的重要组成部分,具有全局性、系统性等特征。当代中国企业的组织战略和兼并重组直接影响着中国企业在国内国际市场中的核心竞争力。在新的环境中,应从战略的定义以及企业自身环境对战略的影响入手,探讨企业的组织战略和企业兼并重组的动因及实现方式。兼并重组是企业实现最佳规模和最大竞争力的有效方式,没有企业能只通过自身的扩张和发展来实现超大规模经营和利益的最大化。在兼并重组的过程中,充分利用专业优势和信息技术把企业的资源连结起来,形成一种具有可实践性的综合网络,在需要进行兼并重组的行业内灵活地、最优地配置资源,从而实现最佳的经济和规模效益。
